Miniscope V4.5 (Lime LED)
Miniscope V4.5 (Lime LED)
SKU: OEPS-7418
The open-source Miniscope V4.5 (Lime LED) used for 1 photon imaging in freely behaving animals. This version 4.5 adds voltage detection circuitry to monitor the voltage reaching the miniscope in future acquisition hardware revisions. It is interchangeable with previous 4.x Miniscope versions.
> 1mm diameter field of view and ~ 1mm working distance
+/- 200um electronic focal adjustment
All achromatic optics
2.6 grams and 22 mm tall
560 nm excitation LED
Absolute head orientation sensor
Requires ~1/5th the excitation power of previous systems
Uses a single coaxial cable (down to 1.1 mm in diameter) for power, communication, and data
Works in Bonsai and with the Miniscope DAQ software
This Miniscope with 560 nm excitation LED and filter combination is ideal for red-shifted opsins such as mCherry, RCaMP, jRGECO1a, PinkyCaMP, etc.
Package includes:
1x Assembled V4.5 Miniscope (Lime LED)
This device requires additional components to operate. Please check the device connectivity list to purchase any cables, tethers and power supplies you might need.
You will also need a Miniscope DAQ or an ONIX System to complete your experimental setup, and baseplates for implantation. You can optionally get a Torque-free Coaxial Commutator.
