The Starter Kit includes all of the items required to immediately start working with the Open Ephys Acquisition Board (3rd Generation).

The Starter Kit ships with two 32-channel headstages (with accelerometers) and the necessary cables to connect them. It also includes a headstage adapter, in case you want to use both headstages on the same animal. Two I/O boards allow the Acquisition Board to be connected with external analog and digital inputs and outputs.
Package includes:
2 vertical-profile SPI headstages* with 32 channels and 3-axis accelerometer
2 Intan standard 0.9m (3ft) SPI cables* to connect the headstages
1 dual headstage adapter (for connecting 2 headstages to 1 cable)
2 I/O boards
1 USB cable for connecting the Acquisition Board to a computer
2 HDMI cables to connect the I/O boards
1 Wall adapter (5V)
