This kit allows you to follow the Open Ephys and Cajal Advanced Neuroscience Training Neurokit course on Extracellular Electrophysiology Acquisition on your own schedule, and receive a Cajal Training certificate upon completion of the course.

This course is designed to teach the fundamental principles that underlie data acquisition, from how electrodes detect voltages to closed-loop system design.

Upon purchasing, you will:

• Be shipped a kit with the hardware you need to follow the course

• Be registered as a student with Cajal Training

• Be added to our private Discord server, where you can ask for help or more explanation

• Receive a welcome email with information on how to follow the course

Once you have completed the exercises and your final project has been approved, you will receive a Cajal Training certificate to show that you have completed the course. We can provide up to 2 certificates per standard kit, please contact training[at] oeps.tech if you wish to follow the course with more than two students so that we can adjust the contents and certificates.

• USB cable

• 2 x AA Battery holder

• Full-size breadboard

• Electrode Cabling

• Electrode to Breadboard Adaptor

• LEDs

You will need to provide:

• Batteries (4xAA)

• Oscilloscope

• Multimeter
