pyPhotometry is an open source system for fiber photometry data acquisition.

The acquisition board has two analog inputs for photometry signals, two digital inputs, and two LED drivers, each with a 1-100mA adjustable output current.

The LED driver outputs are M8 connectors compatible with Doric and Thorlabs LEDs. The system supports time-division multiplexed illumination which allows fluorescence evoked by different excitation wavelengths to be independently readout from a single photoreciever signal.
